1. Order Processing

We take great care in preparing your furniture for its journey.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Dispatch Time: Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 6 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

2. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, as we begin preparing your furniture for shipment shortly after the order is placed, we can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of your purchase.

To request a cancellation, please email info@codera.pw with the subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.
Requests made after the 12-hour window cannot be processed as the order will already be in the logistics pipeline.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated Delivery: Generally, your items will arrive within 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons, delivery may take up to 30 days.
Note: Our delivery estimates do not include potential customs clearance or local import delays. Please be aware that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
